UV stabilizers or ultraviolet ray stabilizers; They are added to prevent or decrease the plastic’s fading, deterioration of appearance and weak structural strength over time with the effect of UV (sunlight).
Polymer bonds begin to be destroyed at a wavelength of 0.01-0.4 microns. For this reason, UV stabilizers are added to the plastics in order to protect from the effect of the sun, which is the most important UV source.
UV stabilizers absorb the energy that can cause chemical change of the product to convert it into heat, and this dissipates the energy, and the final part becomes resistant to short-wave UV rays.
It can be produced based on the order quantity based on PE, PP, PS, ABS, PA, PET, PC.
